Cullman County Schools will operate remotely on Friday 1/14/22. The decision to hold classes remotely is due primarily to the number of teachers and staff who are sick. After-school events will be allowed to continue because this dismissal is due to not having enough teachers and staff to operate during the school day.
Teachers and staff who are not sick will still report to work tomorrow.
Cullman County Schools will have a remote learning day Friday 1/7 due to the weather. Teachers will provide students with either a digital or paper assignment to be completed. Everyone stay safe.
After reviewing the latest National Weather Service update, Cullman County Schools will continue with the 2-hour delay today, Thursday 1/6. Campuses will be open and buses will run 2 hours behind their normal schedule.

**Reminder: 6th Grade Orientation is tomorrow at 2 PM in the high school auditorium. There will be a presentation in the auditorium. After the presentation, students may get schedules from their first period teacher. 6th graders must have their up-to-date blue slip immunization form turned in.
**Online registration for PowerSchool must be completed to receive a schedule.
**7th and 8th grade Open House is Monday from 3-6 PM.
**Wednesday- Students with last names that begin with A-K will attend school.
**Thursday- Students with last names that begin with L-Z will attend school.
**Friday- All students will attend. School will be dismissed at 1 PM.
Sixth grade orientation will be Sunday, August 8 at 2:00 PM in the high school auditorium. We will discuss procedures and expectations in the auditorium. Afterward, students may get schedules from their first period teacher.
Due to the updated CDC guidelines, we will not be selling lockers this school year. Students will need to bring a backpack to keep up with all of their items. Backpacks do not have to be mesh or clear.
Lockers will be used this year. They will be $10 to purchase at Open House and at 6th grade orientation.

1. Parent and student must complete preparticipation physical evaluation form PRIOR to physical date online in Dragonfly for the upcoming year 2021-2022.
