Sixth grade orientation will be Sunday, August 8 at 2:00 PM in the high school auditorium. We will discuss procedures and expectations in the auditorium. Afterward, students may get schedules from their first period teacher.
Due to the updated CDC guidelines, we will not be selling lockers this school year. Students will need to bring a backpack to keep up with all of their items. Backpacks do not have to be mesh or clear.
Lockers will be used this year. They will be $10 to purchase at Open House and at 6th grade orientation.

FMS End of Year Casual Dance: Fairview Middle School Students Only!
Physicals May 18, 2021 @ 9:00am at Fairview High School Gym.
1. Parent and student must complete preparticipation physical evaluation form PRIOR to physical date online in Dragonfly for the upcoming year 2021-2022.
2. Cost is 10.00 and checks can be made out to Fairview High School. Please call FMS office if you have any questions.
