October Hero Day Celebration

Mission STATEMENT

At Fairview Middle School, our mission is to work together to create a safe, challenging environment for active, lifelong learning that promotes excellence.

Vision

Every individual has a right to an environment that promotes learning and that everyone needs consistent discipline. FMS also believes that every individual needs high expectations set within his/her reach. All people learn continuously, so we acknowledge that lifelong learning skills are essential. We also believe that every student is a valuable individual of unique physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs. The faculty and staff at FMS believe that students learn best when they are actively engaged in meaningful and challenging work created by the teacher and the student.

Values

In honoring the mission and vision of FMS, the faculty and staff are confident that lifelong learners and educated, productive adults will leave our school with confidence and pride to succeed in any endeavor in which they choose.
